In the organic town of Yamato, you can experience harvesting while learning about organic farming with a master farmer. You can also enjoy delicious Yamato rice, which includes pickles made with Yamato vegetables, rice cooked in a stove, and miso soup made with organic miso, and learn about the blessings of the earth.
