A trip to support "NOKaTs" who are working to build a community for the future!

This is not a harvesting experience, so you will not be able to pick vegetables and take them home. You will be asked to help the farmers with their work and assist with all aspects of farm work.

Kumamoto Agricultural Support Travel Project

While helping out with farm work in the mountainous areas of Kumamoto Prefecture, where aging and labor shortages are serious issues,

This is a trip to support farmers and experience the charm of the region.

A trip to support "NOKaTs" during their busy season!

[Work level]

Beginners welcome (guidance provided)

[Work content]

Shipping flowers, picking flowers, planting, sowing seeds, harvesting tomatoes, weeding,

Helping out on the farm, feeding milk, etc.

Thinking 100 years into the future, I want to somehow revitalize this area, which is gradually becoming deserted due to depopulation and an aging population.

NOKaTs was established with the desire to make the area a place where many people gather and smiles abound, like in the old days. The flower, tomato, and livestock farmers are busy at peak times, and the work is beyond imagination, making it very difficult for elderly farmers and those who work alone. By experiencing the farming environment and interacting with the fascinating people of the Nojiri area, we are sure you will make new discoveries.

Your support will help the farmers. *The details of the work may change.
