We will show you around.

Local guides and local producers will introduce you to the local scenery and experiences.

We will deliver it to you with LIVE broadcast. Of course, there will be dialects too.

You will be welcomed. If you have any questions during the tour, feel free to ask the local guide or coordinator!

Tabikuru Box is a souvenir that you can only buy locally, recommended by Tabikuru staff, local guides, and producers. You can enjoy the travel feeling even more by eating at home and experiencing it for yourself.

Depending on the tour content, there are two options: immediate booking and tentative booking.
See your selected tour for more details.

Tabikuru BOX Shipping Information
You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.
Depending on the tour content, the Tabikuru Box may or may not be included. Please see the selected tour for details.

ID will be sent on the day of the tour
Your ID will be sent 1 hour before the tour starts.
On the day of the tour, we will send you a participation ID by email 1 hour before the start of the tour.
*Zoom must be downloaded in advance.
We will provide individual Zoom lessons before joining the Tabikuru tour.
We also provide written communication. Please feel free to contact us .

<Notes regarding the Tabikuru Online Tour>
◆Tabikuru Tours will use the online conference system Zoom.
If you would like to participate, please download Zoom Video Communications.

◆Online tours are not subject to travel agency terms and conditions.
◆The state of the tour on the day will be posted on the official SNS of Online Tour Tabikuru. Your name will be deleted before posting. If you do not want your face to be shown, please turn off your screen settings. (However, this does not apply if there are conditions for participation such as free monitors.)
◆On the day of the tour, there will be a self-introduction time for everyone who will be going on the tour together. The MC will call out your last name. If you do not want your last name to be called, please let us know at least 2 days before the tour. If we do not hear from you, we will just introduce ourselves as is. Thank you for your understanding.
◆Please fill out and submit the questionnaire after the tour.
◆If product delivery is required, applicants must be located in Japan.
◆If you participate in this tour and post on social media, please use the hashtag #tabikuru.

*Please prepare and set up your internet connection. The communication costs will be borne by the customer.
*If the environment is not quiet, please use earphones.
* Two or more people may participate together using one device, but to avoid feedback, we ask that you either use one device or use separate locations.
*If you are unable to participate in the online tour due to reasons beyond our control, such as your home Wi-Fi not working or Zoom not working properly, there will be no refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that we are not responsible for any errors or problems caused by Zoom. We also do not accept individual questions about Zoom.
*Available devices: smartphones, computers, tablets

*Please note that during this tour, unexpected audio and video disruptions may occur due to communication conditions.
*Customers are free to enter and leave the room as they wish, but if you have paid a fee, there will be no refunds for any days you are unable to participate.
*If you are disrupting the progress of the tour or behaving in an inappropriate manner towards other participants, you may be forced to leave at the discretion of the organizers. In such cases, no refunds will be given.
*Please note that taking photos or videos of the online tour screen, as well as secondary use of the content, is prohibited. (However, this does not apply if there is consent from the organizer or if there is a photo session, etc.)
*Please note that forwarding or sharing the Zoom URL to anyone other than the applicant is strictly prohibited.
*Even if you do not enter at the scheduled start time, the tour will start on time. Please note that there are no refunds for paid tours.
